PROJECTS
To date, our primary focus has been in retail, office, multiunit residential, and hotel renovations and fit-ups.
Retail
Our projects range in size from a 1000 sq-ft in shopping mall projects up to the big box stores that are in the tens of thousands of sq-ft. We oversee the complete fit-up, including demolition, concrete, cutting and coring, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, HVAC, glass, door operating systems, the complete package.
We also complete open store renovations that require a fast completion, sometimes at night. We have extensive experience working in near proximity to customers and we take every step to ensure their comfort and safety while at your facility.
We know that critical dates matter and we have never been late on a project.
Office fit-ups
Our projects range in size from smaller one-office fit-ups, up to projects in excess of 100,000 sq-ft. The larger projects require exacting coordination with building owners, tenants and the client. As with other projects we will oversee all sub trades and staff who have been hand picked for the specific project. We always select specific sub trades who are the best for each project and others will not be permitted to tender the project, unless they have a demonstrated and proven record with us or they are recommended by the landlord or client.
Hotels & multiunit residential
Hotels and multi unit residential buildings offer unique opportunities to serve our client and again we have a multitude of experience in this area. Consistently working in close proximity to tenants every day, requires that staff is sensitive to the safety and comfort to every tenant and guest during our renovation. We ensure that all safety measures are followed, that we are sensitive to noise, dust and the cleanliness of the project. All tenants are treated like owners of the building during our stay. We have experience with all demolition, drywall, ceilings, electrical, ceramic, carpet, VCT, Granite, plumbing and vinyl installation. We have completed all areas including corridors, lobbies, hotel rooms, laundry rooms, mail rooms; everything from top to bottom. Your tenant or guest is our guest.
